LCD main power supply

LCD Gacun main power supply (2 FET)

GACUN LLC power supply can be used on the LCD with PFC (B + 400v) or without PFC (+ 300v)
There are 2 kinds of gacun LLC, which

• Type for 32 "to 42".
• Type for 42 "and above.

Before installing GACUN LCD, it needs a bit of work pemahamn first LCD power supply.

• Large screen LCD power supply consist of 3 blocks of power supply circuits, namely 1) PFC circuits, 2) power supply st-by, and 3) Power supply Main.
• PFC circuit serves to raise the voltage to a voltage 300v 400v in Elko great. On the small screen LCD of this circuit does not exist.
• Power supply circuits PFC and current Top-st position by not working. And will work only if "Power-on".
• So when the st-by voltage at great elko only 300v. And when the "power-on" voltage berubag be 400v.

How to install :

• Remove the used components: 1) Power Fet, 2) IC driver, and 3) Photocoupler (X)
• Grease two power FET with silicon grease.
• Paste the second FET in a cooler, then attach the screws through the holes in the pcb.Do not be too strong because it can damage the components.
• Note: Do NOT IMPROVE LONG CABLE CONNECTORS.Because it can mengganngu employment systems.

How splicing cables GACUN LLC Power supply:

· Red	:	(+) Great Elko (2)
· Black	:	FET which repealed the former ground (0)
· Gray	:	tranfo resonant (8)
· Blue	:	tranfo resonant (6)
· Green	:	photocoupler footprints were repealed (5)
· White	:	Ic Vcc revoked driver coming from tranfo st-by (10 - 15V)
· Yellow	:	1) If using PFC or no voltage 400v does not need to be installed. 2) If no PFC or voltage is only 300v, attached to (+) Elko great along the red wire
· Purple	:	former photocoupler feet long (7)
· Chocolate	:	(-) Elko (1)
